Michael and Dong – two best friends with a passion for food, people, and entrepreneurship had their first taste of poke while on a business trip to California. Their first taste of this traditional Hawaiian dish opened their eyes, and their taste buds, to a world of possibilities. It was there that the goal of creating a chef-driven, healthy, quick-serve restaurant focused on elevating traditional poke was born.
